The final edition of the year 2000 Euro 25 Poll was released today. Some interesting changes did take place, including changes in the top 5. In addition, two new teams entered the top 25. EURO 25 POLL - AMERICAN FOOTBALL RANKINGS - WEEK 42

The week 42 edition of the Euro 25 Poll was released yesterday. There is some movement throughout the poll, although the Bergamo Lions (Italy) keeps their #1 placement for a record 7th consecutive time. Teams like the Helsinki Roosters (from #5 to #4) and Swedish champions Stockholm Mean Machines (now at #6) are on the move, but the top mover upwards is Swiss champions the St. Gallen Vipers ; going from #21 to #T18. On the other side of the scale we find the Munich Cowboys (Germany) and the Birmingham Bulls (England). One new team breaks into the top 25; the Spanish champs Granollers Fenix, who re-enters at #23.

EURO 25 POLL - AMERICAN FOOTBALL RANKINGS - WEEK 40

The week 40 edition of the Euro 25 Poll has been released today. The top five stays the same, with the Bergamo Lions (Italy) in the top spot, followed by three German teams and Finnish side the Helsinki Roosters in the next four. The top mover upwards is the Stuttgart Scorpions (Germany); going from #21 to #15. In the opposite direction, the Oslo Vikings (Norway) fall from #9 down to #14. Only a single team is able to break into the top 25 from an unranked position; the Turku Trojans (Finland), who jumps in at #22.
