| Voting process To assure that everything is done in a professional manner, the Euro 25 maintains a strict voting process, and on this page we present it in full detail. - Each ballot-holder sends an e-mail with his bi-weekly votes, teams ranked #1 to #25. (#1 gets 25 points --> #25 gets 1 point.). The e-mail must be sent by 22:00 GMT Sunday each fortnight. - Each ballot-holder posts his bi-weekly ranking in the Euro 25 voting booth forum, under the topic for that specific bi-weekly poll (for example: "Week 26"). The Forum is passworded, and the password is changed at least once a month on irregular basis. In addition each ballot-holder will have a code that functions as his username (only the organizing committee knows which username corresponds with which voter). The post to the Euro 25 voting booth forum must be delivered between 12:00 and 18:00 GMT Monday (14 till 20 hours after the e-mail deadline). It must be a replica of the e-mail vote. The idea of having the voters send their poll twice, once through e-mail and
once on the forum is this: With -eventually- 20 ballots and a max. of 25 points from each, the highest amount of points is 500. The lowest is 1. The amount will also be affected by how many of our ballot holders use their right to vote that specific week. If someone does not keep within the deadlines mentioned, their vote would be ineligible for that particular week/fortnight. |
